Hailey and Justin Bieber’s families can’t wait for the new addition!
The ROAD founder and model, 27, and her musician husband, 30, announced on Thursday, May 9, that they are expecting their first child together. Instagram.
Justin’s mom, Pattie Mallette, shared an Instagram reel following their announcement expressing her excitement. “So I waited for this day. Now that they’ve shared it, I can finally celebrate with all of you, oh my god, I’m going to be a grandmother,” Mallett, 49, said.
“Well Justin and Hailey you are going to be the best parents ever. And I’m so excited. Praise God, God,” she concluded.
“Baby Piper is on the way!! I’m going to be a grandma!! 🎉🙌. Congratulations @justinbieber and @haileybieber !! My heart is so full. What an amazing new adventure. Love you so much,” she wrote in the caption.
Along with the singer’s mother, his stepmother Chelsy Bieber – who married his father Jeremy Bieber in February 2018 – expressed her excitement by simply writing, “❤️❤️❤️” in the comment section of her post.
“Love you guys❤️❤️,” said the Grammy winner’s stepmother Allie BieberHer half-sister Jazymn commented on Hailey’s post: “❤️🩷🩷.”
“Baby polished 🍩,” Hailey’s cousin Ireland Baldwin joked in her comments section.

Following the couple’s announcement, a source told People the day they find out the parents are expecting their first child together is “the best day for them”.
“Everyone is excited for them,” the source said. “They will be great parents and Justin will be very involved. This will be his next big project. He is very excited to raise his child.”
“They have a name they think is perfect. They’re starting to decorate a nursery. They can’t wait to meet the baby,” the insider added.
“They’re both very emotional about it. They feel very blessed,” the source said. “They also feel very safe from the moment they find the baby. They share it with family and close friends early on. It’s very important that they keep it calm and happy. [it] As much as possible before they confirm it publicly.”

Justin and Hailey’s announcement included a video showing the couple, who have been married since 2018, renewing their vows.
A white lace dress by Road founder Anthony Vaccarello at Saint Laurent showed off her growing baby bump. She created a bespoke lace headscarf with a customised, floor-length design, a headpiece that doubles as a veil and Black Saint Laurent sunglasses.
