Palace breaks silence on Biden’s ‘breach of ethics’ with King Charles

It was a meeting of two brotherly nations when the US and UK leaders came together on July 10.

King Charles and President Joe Biden chatted at Windsor Castle on Monday, and many fans wondered if the 80-year-old politician had breached royal protocol.

When Biden’s vehicle first approached the residence, Charles, 74, came out to greet him with a handshake.

As they walked up a few steps together, Biden gently placed his hand on Charles.

Moments later, when the men went to ceremonially inspect the honor guard, Biden was several feet in front of the sovereign.
